How long are we going to keep your data?
- The personal data provided will be kept for as long as you use our services or wish to receive information, as you may object to the processing of your data for promotional purposes at any time, and thereafter, for the periods established to allow us to fulfil our legal obligations, which is 6 years for accounting and tax documents, pursuant to the provisions of Article 30 of the Code of Commerce, and 4 years for tax purposes, in accordance with Articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law.
- The images captured by the surveillance system will be kept for 1 month.
- In the case of CVs, the data will be kept for 1 year.
What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
The legal grounds for processing the data are to execute the service agreement and the consent that you give us.
In relation to information sent by minors under the age of 16, such personal data cannot be processed without the consent of their parents, guardian or legal representative. If this is not the case, the minor’s legal representative must inform us as soon as they are made aware of this situation.
With respect to the capturing of images by the surveillance system, the legal grounds are based on the legitimate interest in ensuring the security of people and property.
