Esco Expansión Offices in Barcelona

To create the design of Esco Expansión’s headquarters in Barcelona, we proposed the complete demolition of all existing structures and launched the new project from the perspective of an empty container, with our only reference being the rectangular volume of the original data centre, which we kept, and around which all our implementation efforts revolved.

We proposed a modern, up-to-date image, combining natural light-weight materials to create a warm environment with a greater sense of space. Due to the position of the building and its transparent façade, the resulting spaces have very special and pleasant natural light, which we tried to intensify with the glass in the dividers and the colour white as a medium for all elements.

The good reception received by this first work encouraged Esco Expansión to also remodel its third floor offices in Barcelona, and to entrust us with its expansion projects in Porto and Madrid, where we are also collaborating in all the dealings related to the property search.
