LD Facility Offices

LD Facility, an Integral Cleaning and Facility Service company, commissioned us to reform their Barcelona office.

The original space was unattractive, dark, with lower ceilings and a lot of wasted spaces, but with a small area rehabilitated with good design criteria.

Following this first initiative and removing all the false ceilings and partitions, we discovered a place with hidden charms: concrete pillars topped with bricks, ceilings with Catalan vault, and some brick walls in very good conditions.

With the client decided to enlarge the size of the windows of the façade to add natural light, space won a lot of amplitude and natural light.

The final result is spectacular, it accomplished to enhance the clean lines and the warmthless of the original materials, the freshness of the seen facilities at the height of those white, large metal beams, and an integrating interior design with hints of color in the furniture and vegetation.
